This is a great book with old school farming techniques for good soil. Book is in very good condition. Aside from a stamp on the front paste down and some pencil marks on the back, there are no other markings, tears or dog ears to the pages. The binding is tight. The cover has nice gilting on the spine and just light general edge wear. See images for more on conditioner.
